Refund & Cancellation Policy – Flextreme Fitness

At Flextreme Fitness, we are committed to providing exceptional fitness experiences, facilities, and services to help our members achieve their goals.
Please review this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before enrolling for any membership or program.
1. General Policy
All payments made towards gym memberships, personal training sessions, and group classes are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this policy.
2. Membership Fees
Once a membership has been activated, no refunds or cancellations will be processed.
Membership fees are billed in full (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or annual) and cannot be split, or carried forward except under special conditions stated below.
Refunds are not applicable for unused days, missed sessions, or non-attendance.
3. Personal Training & Group Classes
Fees for personal training sessions, class packages, or special programs are non-refundable once purchased.
Sessions must be utilized within their validity period and cannot be extended or transferred.
Trainer or schedule changes do not qualify for refunds or extensions.
4. 30-Day Membership Pause Option
To support our members during unavoidable circumstances, Flextreme Fitness allows a membership pause of up to 30 days under the following conditions:
The pause request must be made in advance via written notice or email to the management.
Valid reasons include medical issues, injuries, or official travel, supported by relevant documentation.
The 30-day pause can be availed only once per membership period (available only on Annual Membership Plan).
Membership validity will be extended by the same number of paused days once the member resumes.
No refunds or additional pauses will be granted beyond the 30-day limit.
5. Payment Disputes
All payments are securely processed through authorized payment gateways.
In the event of duplicate payment or technical error, members must notify us within 7 working days for verification.
Approved refunds (for such errors only) will be processed within 10 business days through the original payment method.
6. Trial & Promotional Offers
Trial memberships, day passes, or promotional packages are strictly non-refundable.
Promotional offers and discounts cannot be exchanged for cash or extensions.
7. Membership Transfers
Memberships are non-transferable between individuals unless explicitly approved by management.
Approved transfers (in exceptional cases) may incur a small administrative fee.
8. Policy Updates
Flextreme Fitness reserves the right to modify or update this policy from time to time.
The latest version will always be available on our official website. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
